In 2020, the pandemic arrived, and although Alzo continues to operate normally, Miñan chose to venture with other concepts. Almacén Cevichería opens its doors in January 2021 and, in a short time, it conquered palates, not only for its excellent seafood food also with northern touches, but for its large terrace, perfect for those moments where distance and the outdoors were so sought after. by the people of Lima.
